RV PARK AND TENT CAMPING RULES

WELCOME-- The managers and host campers of Blue Ridge Mineral Springs RV Park and Tent Camping, invite you to have a wonderful stay. Our Park rules have been put into place with the intention of providing an enjoyable family camping experience for you and your neighbors. Parents are expected to inform their children and guest of these rules. Violation of these rules could mean early departure without a refund. THIS IS A PRIVATE RV PARK. Owners are not responsible for accidents or injuries to our customers and their guests; or loss due to accident, fire or theft. The management and owners are not responsible for damage, injury or loss to persons, pets or property. We reserve the right the to make changes to the rules, regulations and fees that we deem necessary.

CHILDREN-- must be supervised at all times. Parents are responsible for their children's safe conduct and any injuries or damage that they may incur or cause. Unsupervised children who cause disruption for other guests may be asked to leave the park with their entire group. Young children playing out of your space should be supervised by an adult at all times. No children are allowed in any other campers area. No Minors are allowed to stay in the campground unattended. All children 16 years of age and under must be at their campsite by 10:00PM unless accompanied by an adult.

VISITORS--Campers are responsible for the conduct and damage of any visitor they may have. All, non-camping guests are required to leave at 10:00 pm through 8:00am during quiet hours. It is your responsibility to see that your visitors comply with this rule. Visitor parking is available at the area in front of the garbage cans, and at the end of the swimming pool. All visitors must pay $4 to use the swimming pool.

FEES--Payment is required upon your arrival. If the park host are unavailable when you arrive, we ask that you make every effort to see them as soon as possible. At this time we only accept cash.

CHECK-IN-TIME-- is normally after 11:00AM. If space is available, you may check in early.

CHECK-OUT-TIME-- is by 11:00AM. Due to previous reservations, if you plan on staying longer, the earlier you let us know, the better your chance of keeping a site. (Please note: we cannot always guarantee that you will be able to keep the same site due to previous reservations.) Failure to check out on time will result in late charges as well as the possibility of you being towed at your own expense.

PETS ARE WELCOME - SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING: No pets over 30 Lbs. They must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet long and under physical control of the owner/handler at all times, or inside the RV. Please walk your pets on a leash at all times in park and clean up after them IMMEDIATELY. Do not leave them unattended outside your r.v. Excessively barking or aggressive dogs are not allowed. No pet pens, cages or kennels or tie-outs allowed . Please do not leave your pet outside unattended. No pets allowed in buildings, pool, or playground areas under any circumstances. Noisy or vicious pets are not allowed. If any pet is unruly, the owner must take it out of the Park immediately. ABSOLUTELY NO PIT-BULLS, CHOWS, DOBERMAN PINSCHER, GERMAN SHEPHERDS,OR ROTTWEILLERS.

GRILLS--Grills must have legs and cannot be placed on park picnic tables. Charcoal, and propane grills are available at the pavilion. There is also a smoker. Please bring your own propane tank. You must clean grill after use.

CAMPFIRES:-- Please use only the designated fire rings. Fires must never be higher than 1 1/2 feet. Fire rings are for firewood ONLY - Food scraps, cigarette butts, plastic, aluminum cans, bread ties etc. do not belong. Never leave fires unattended!!! Always extinguish fires completely when leaving them for any amount of time.

SWIMMING POOL-- SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Swim diapers required for infants, and swim suits required for everyone. No food or drinks are allowed past gate. Do not put on suntan oil and enter pool.All visitors must pay the daily fee of $4 before entering the pool. The fee may be dropped in the office door. Envelopes are provided. Please place your names on envelope. Campers who have visitors are responsible for fees being paid. Swimming Pool opens at 9:00AM. Children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult. No running, diving or horseplay around the pool.

RESTROOMS-- Please leave restrooms as you would like to find them. Please notify us if there is a problem with the restrooms. Hot water comes from an on demand propane heater in the laundromat. Please allow a little time for hot water to get there. Then the hot water will not run out.

LAUNDRY--There are 4 washers and dryers in the laundry for $2 per load. A TV is hooked up to cable, and there are exercise machines and a pool table for $1. The laundry is open from 7am to 10pm.Use of onboard r.v. washing machines is prohibited.

HOOKUPS--All sites have both 30/50 amp hookup, and city water and sewer. Please shut off the breakers before plugging in or unplugging your RV from power supply boxes to avoid possible surge or shock. If you have a leak when you hookup to water, please let us know. We have spare washers, and will be glad to fix it for you, free of charge. A sewer hose seal (rubber donut or threaded connector)or threaded adapter, for your sewer hose is REQUIRED on all sewer hookups. Do not jam your sewer hose all the way down into the inlet as it can prevent flow from other sites and could stop up the liner sewer hook-up. Please do not put anything down septic system except toilet paper made for r.v.s. (No food, grease, feminine hygiene products, etc.)

MATS, AREA RUGS, etc--Anything that can possibly leave dead areas on the lawn) are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstance. This includes breathable mats.

ALCOHOL--Alcoholic beverages should in a cup. Cans and bottles must be in a coozie or wrapped to cover label. No drunken or disorderly conduct permitted

PARKING--No parking on the lawn or in the roadways. There are two spaces directly in front of RV for parking. Do not park on the grass, or allow your visitors to park on grass. If there is not enough room to park in your site, you may use the parking area in front of the garbage cans or at the end of the swimming pool.

GARBAGEE--Please place your garbage in the dumpster, for large articles. CIGARETTE BUTTS and bottle caps are considered garbage and should be disposed of properly.

SPEED LIMIT-- 5 mph. Please be aware of pedestrians and animals in the roadways.

QUIET TIME-- From 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, is considered to be quiet time, but please no loud music or noise at anytime. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Please respect privacy of fellow guests - Do NOT walk through occupied sites. The quality of rest and relaxation is important to all campers, so please refrain from loud noises and disturbances during this period. All radios and TVs must be at minimum volume settings, and be aware that normal speaking voices carry. Please ensure your children remain at your site during quiet hours.

PAVILION-- Facilities are to be used by the campers as a whole. Private gatherings may occur if authorized by owners and do not exclude the campers from the use of the same facilities during time that the facilities are regularly available to campers.

MISCELLANEOUS-- Washing RVs and cars not allowed except for employees. Changing of oil is prohibited. Wireless Internet is provided free. Due to the interference caused by personal wireless routers, it is against our policy to allow the use of this type apparatus during your stay. Thank you for being courteous of others by protecting our signal.

MOST IMPORTANT RULE IN THE PARK

Do not drive through sites, or park on the grass. I will come to your site, and ask you to move the vehicle, or ask your visitor to leave, and not come back to the Park.
